The Scott Simmons Endowed Scholarship Fund was established by an Advisory Board (Neal Calhoun, Jon Hebb, Olivia Lehane, Lou Paletta and Rick Simmons), who wanted to honor his memory in a meaningful way. The scholarship will be awarded annually to Tarrant County College (TCC) students who are pursuing studies in construction management.
The primary goal of the scholarship is to ease the financial burden of higher education for deserving students and to inspire them to achieve their full potential.
