Granada will feature 84 single family luxury homes in the highly coveted area of Westlake. With houses starting at 1.4 million, each lot will average roughly 30,000 square feet. The gated community will be on the northeast corner of Davis Rd. and Dove Rd., and will extend northward toward the southeast corner of Solana Blvd.
